Sally has an unusual background as she is both a fully trained and experienced qualitative researcher as well as a very experienced brand and business planner. She spent many years in advertising, notably at the Advertising Agency D'Arcy where she was Global Planning Director. During that time she developed extensive experience in the development of brands and the leveraging of consumer insights for clients such as Mars and P&G. For these clients she worked on the development of Brand
Positionings, Brand Extensions and Brand Visions. At the same time she did extensive work
for the Central Office of Information working on government campaigns for Transport, Employment, Trade and Industry and the Inland Revenue. Sally is now a market research consultant.
